The article as it stands is more suited for Wikitravel, not for an encyclopedia. this is a true information aboat one of the most beautiful and best pists in the world....I am arash one of the most keen ski player...and I am in living in tehran.

Getting there: Dizin is located in the Alborz mountains north of Tehran. Driving time is about 2.5 hours from the capital city. The road to Dizin is of a very good quality but four wheel drive or chains are required for the last 10 or 12 km ( 6 or 7 miles) when there's snow - which is frequently the case.and there is another road to dizin that is very close to tehran but in some days os season it is closed ..

A day lift pass is extremely cheap at around 80,000Iranian Rials (3 pounds sterling, or 8.5 dollars). It is quick, cheap and easy to hire boots and skis and even clothing in the village.

The only reported problem are the touts trying to persuade Western skiers to take a private instructor - although that isn't a bad idea as it's also some of the world's cheapest ski guiding...but another problem is crowed people that want to skiing and you must stay in que for at leat 15 min for lifting.

There's a reason it reads that way: it's a copyvio from a travel guide. --Carnildo 03:03, 16 May 2005 (UTC) it is not an obligation...and local people respect to turists.

My friend's grandfather used to own the land many years ago - until the Shah took it away and developed the ski resort. I think he used to run sheep on it. --Commking 23:53, 14 December 2005 (UTC)(this is 4 feb 2007-----new edition.)
