Division No. 1, Saskatchewan, Canada, is one of the eighteen census divisions with the province, as defined by Statistics Canada. The most populous community in this division is Estevan.

According to the Canada 2006 Census, 29,168 people lived in this division, which is a 3.5% decrease from 2001.
