Diviseema is a small and fertile island in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Diviseema is located in the delta area formed at Puligadda, where the Krishna River is divided into two before merging into the Bay of Bengal. Recently, a new bridge was constructed at Puligadda connecting Repalle and Puligadda.
Notable places in Diviseema include Movva, Sangameswaram, Nagaya Lanka, Bhavadevarapalli, Koduru, Hamasaladeevi, Mopidevi, and Avanigadda.

Politician Mandali Venkata Krishna Rao assisted in the development of Diviseema. The island is well-known for contributing major literary and cultural personalities of the Telugu people. These include:
- Ghantasala Venkateswara Rao (involved in film, music, and composition)
- Simhadri Satyannarayana Rao (politician)
- Kunapareddy Naga chenchaiah (only person to receive the Vikram Sarabhai Award in South India)
- Pingali Lakshmikantham (writer)

The region became world-famous due to the unprecedented loss of human life suffered during the tidal wave (called UPPENA in Telugu) across this region in November 1977. It is estimated that 10,000 people died as a result of this natural disaster.
