Meaning
This template identifies a Wikipedia article as having content whose truth or factual nature is in dispute.
Usage
To apply this template to an article, first add a new section "Disputed" to the talk page, describing the problems with the disputed statements. Add {{Disputed}} to the top of the disputed article. To include a link to the section of the talk page discussing the dispute, use {{Disputed|talk page section name}}. If the talk page section name is "Disputed" (as recommended), then the tag should be {{Disputed|Disputed}}.
If the problem is confined to one section, or a few sections in an article that has several, it is better to use {{Disputed-section}}.
This template will place the article into Category:Accuracy disputes.
