Disney's The Kid is a movie starring Bruce Willis and Spencer Breslin, co-starring Emily Mortimer, Lily Tomlin, Chi McBride, and Jean Smart.

Bruce Willis portrays Russell Duriz, a guy who has the perfect job, the perfect life and who hasn't cried since he was eight years old. That is when Russ' younger self come's back to haunt him. Rusty tries to show Russ the light as he bugs him continuously. Rusty fears that Russ' life will be ruined if he doesn't open up. Rusty succeeds as he takes him back to 1968 where Russ sees his parents. Russ relives a terrible memory where he finds out his mom is dying and he finally breaks down and cries. Russ and Rusty leave the scene and they see their future 70 year old self as a pilot from 2030 and happily married with four kids. Rusty disappears and Russ goes and confesses his love for Amy, a woman he works with and they buy a puppy named Chester.
