Disclaimer II is the third album released by the band Seether. This disc is a recompilation of the band's second album, Disclaimer, from 2002. In Europe, the album includes four tracks more than its predecessor; in the United States, the album has eight extra tracks. In both releases, the featured track is a remix of the song "Broken". Amy Lee, the lead singer from Evanescence, joins Seether vocalist Shaun Morgan in a duet performance on this track. As many tracks were re-releases of previous tracks from previous albums, many fans were heavily critical of this album.
