Yes, including any mistakes in spelling or grammar. Mistakes can be noted with [sic] immediately following the mistake in the quote so a reader is aware that the mistake is from the source and not from the person quoting the material. For example, I could quote your question:
An anonymous writer asked, "Does a direct quotation have the same grammer [sic] as the original."
