I do not think this article should be merged with 'Stock'. A DPO is one way to market one's stock - other ways are an IPO or 'secondary' offering. Stock is what is being marketed. There are many legal and practical implications concerning a DPO - the Stock article could become quite long if these are also discussed there. 83.67.138.198 18:50, 17 February 2007 (UTC)TheJDMBA
