Dirty Sanchez (also called the filthy Sanchez) is a term used to describe the sexual practice of smearing fecal matter under the nose of the receptive partner in the form of a mustache during anal sex. This act can allegedly be seen in the 2006 sex tape Screeched, in which Saved by the Bell actor Dustin Diamond acted as cameraman and narrator.[1]
