The Diocese of Waterford and Lismore is a Roman Catholic diocese in Ireland. It is situated in the southeast of the country. The diocese includes Waterford City & County as well as part of Counties Tipperary & Cork. There are a total of 45 parishes in the diocese with an estimated Catholic population of 44,000.
