Diocese of Ossory

The Diocese of Ossory was established in the year A.D. 549[1]. It has remained an independent diocese in the Roman Catholic Church. In the Church of Ireland, it is grouped with Cashel, Waterford, Lismore, Ossory, Ferns and Leighlin in the Diocese of Cashel and Ossory.
