Diocese of Ba Ria

The diocese of Ba Ria (Latin: Dioecesis Barianensis) is a Roman Catholic diocese of Vietnam. The creation of the diocese was made public on November 22, 2005. It was detached from the diocese of Xuân Lôc. As its first bishop Thomas Nguyên Van Trâm was appointed, who was previously an auxiliary bishop of Xuân Lôc.

The diocese covers an area of 1,975 km², and is a suffragate of the Archdiocese of Thành-Phô Hô Chí Minh. The church in Ba Ria, dedicated to the Apostles James and Philip, has been assigned as the cathedral of the diocese.
