[edit] Userpage

Hi, I am just letting you know I reverted vandalism to your page. The vandal was the same one who did it before. You may want to keep an eye on him/her.__Seadog 19:46, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Benjamin Harrison

Hi there.

I put "VI" back in Harrison's article because I believe it to be encylopedic; the Harrison family has a political dynasty. Contact me if you have any qualms about the edit! Teke (talk) 07:07, 25 November 2006 (UTC)

  • Good point, it's gone. Teke (talk) 05:52, 27 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Any ideas for VA Constitution?

I see that you rated the Constitution of Virginia back in October. I've put some work into the article, but I'm about the only one actively editing it - I guess it's not a topic that generates a lot of interest. I would like to make it a better article, but I would also like to get another opinion on what needs doing - more info on historical constitutions? more analysis of the current constitution? etc. Would you mind giving me some feedback? If not, no big deal. -Kubigula (ave) 17:38, 27 November 2006 (UTC)

Thank you. Your observations mostly echo my thoughts on the article, and it's great to get someone else's perspective on an article that doesn't get much edit traffic. -Kubigula (ave) 02:54, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Concordia Newsletter

NEWSLETTER

Concordia is currently trying to relaunch. I, and all the members of the ex-council, wish to welcome new members to the group. We are a group who aim to promote remaining civil, in an environment where messages can easily be interpretated wrongly.

[edit] Help out now!

  • Try and help people remain civil! Talk to them, and help them in any way possible. Do not be afraid to use the talk page.
  • Give people the Civility Barnstar.
  • Make and spread some Wikitokens so people know there are people to help if they want assistance.
  • Add banners or logos to your userpage to show your support.
  • Suggest some ideas! Add 'em to the talk page.

We are a community, so can only work though community contributions and support. It's the helping that counts.

[edit] Decision Making

The council expired one month ago, but due to the current position of the group the current council will remain until the position of the group can be assessed, and whether it would be sensible to keep Concordia going. For most decisions, however, it will be decided by all who choose to partake in discussions. I am trying to relaunch because of the vast amounts of new members we have received, demonstrating that the aims are supported.

If you wish to opt of of further talk-page communications, just let us know here.

  • The new consolidated review department—combining the existing project peer review and A-Class review with a listing of project articles undergoing various external featured content candidacies and reviews—is now operational.
  • Two new templates have been introduced:
  • An effort is being made to have task forces maintain annotated bibliographies for their topic areas; several task forces have already begun to construct them.
  • The project reached two important milestones this month: 500 active members and 30,000 articles in the assessment system.
  • A military version of Wikipe-tan has been created; a new userbox featuring one of the images is available for interested project members.
