I fetch market index data from Yahoo and post it to Portal:Business_and_Economics/Market_Indices

I use the pywikipedia framework to post the pages to Wikipedia.

Data is fetched and posted once per day.

This user account is a bot operated by Dinojerm (talk).

It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.
