Din Tai Fung

Din Tai Fung (鼎泰豐) or Ding Tai Feng is a renowned Taiwanese restaurant specialising in Xiao Long Bao (steamed pork dumplings) which has opened numerous outlets throughout the world, including Taipei, Singapore, Hong Kong, U.S.A., Japan, Jakarta and Shanghai.
Din Tai Fung was founded by Yang Bingyi from Shanxi more than 50 years ago.
