Lieutenant Dikembe Ulelo is a fictional character in the non-canon Star Trek series Stargazer.

Dikembe Ulelo is the communications officer of the USS Stargazer. Fairly early in the series, he started acting strangely, behaving like a double agent, sending sensitive information about the Stargazer to his unknown "superiors". He did not even recognise his old friend, even Lieutenant Emily Bender, whom he had once had a romantic relationship with.

Later, the crew of the Stargazer caught on to Ulelo's schemes. Captain Jean-Luc Picard arrested Ulelo, and Doctor Carter Greyhorse diagnosed him insane, having completely imagined his "superiors" as a form of paranoia. However, it turned out later that the "superiors" were real, and had been receiving Ulelo's messages all along. Greyhorse's additional tests showed that Ulelo was really one of the same aliens as the ones he was working for, and had been disguised as a human and his memory altered to believe he really was human. Greyhorse activated a psychic backdoor in Ulelo's mind, and he turned back to his original alien self.

The real Dikembe Ulelo was later found on a distant planet, and was reunited with his ex-girlfriend Emily Bender.
