[edit] Olympics

I'm not sure I understand the connection here. If the concern is that viewers might be unable to watch the Olympics on TV, then surely the logical response would be to put back migration until after the Games have ended, rather than attempt to complete it too early (i.e. before all existing viewers have got around to buying digital equipment).
