VOL:  Output Low  - output below this mark is considered off (0)
VIH:  Input High - input at or above this mark will turn the device off
VIL:  Input Low  - input at or below this mark will turn the device on
Vm:   Midpoint Voltage - used for calculating noise margins, gain, and other parameters

Description I constructed this data from a device I built for my ECE442 class at North Carolina State University. This is a Voltage Transfer Curve used to analyze a digital inverter circuit. The data represents a general behavior for similar devices.
