Diego Sinagra (September 20, 1986, Naples), also known as Diego Armando Maradona Junior, is an Italian son of Diego Armando Maradona.

Diego Junior was a result of the affair between Maradona Sr. and a young Neapolitan woman, Cristina Sinagra.

From his birth he has been brought up with a passion for football and started playing early on, and already at an early age he showed great skills, emulating the likes of his famous father. He first met his father in 2003, in the course of a golf tournament in Rome. Maradona Junior played at the youth levels for SSC Napoli, and then Genoa, before to join Cervia, a team of the Eccellenza division of Emilia-Romagna (6th level of the national league system), which was subject of a national reality show, named Campioni - Il sogno. He then joined Internapoli, from Eccellenza of Campania, in January 2006, after having been without team for the beginning of the 2005/2006 season. He then joined Quarto, from Eccellenza of Campania, after having been without team for the beginning of the 2006/07 season.[1] Despite having played in the Italian Under 17 soccer team at age of 14, Maradona Jr today seems to be just a good minor league player.

His greatest hope is to play at the famous Barcelona stadium Nou Camp, just like his father did.
