Diego Félix of Spain (August 15, 1575- November 21, 1582) Third son of the marriage formed by Philip II of Spain and Anna of Austria.

At the time of his birth, Diego's elder brother, Prince Ferdinand, was still the heir. However, Ferdinand died in 1578, and Diego became Prince of Asturias, crown prince of Spain. In 1580 his father accededed as King of Portugal, making Diego heir of that realm also, but he himself died when he was seven years old. His younger brother Philip accededed as prince and later became Philip III of Spain.
