Dibai is a city and a municipal board in Bulandshahr district.It is a tehsil town and also a constituency of legislative assembly in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.Mr. Kalyan Singh ex CM has won once election from here. Also it is birth place of legendary urdu writer of pakistan Mr Intzar husain.
