The County of Dibër (Albanian: Qarku i Dibrës) is one of the 12 counties of Albania. It consists of the districts Bulqizë, Dibër, and Mat and its capital is Peshkopi.
Dibër's east border is with the Republic of Macedonia. Domestically, it borders the following counties:
