[edit] Big Brother 5

Diane was one of 14 Big Brother 5 contestants confined in a house together, with the objective of outlasting one another. At the beginning of each week, there was a new Head of Household (HoH) determined, who was able to nominate other members for removal at the end of the week. After each nomination, a vote was held amongst contestants to select one nominee to remove.

The last three contestants were Diane, Michael Ellis, and Drew Daniel. [4] Diane and Drew developed a romantic relationship during the show. [5] But it was Drew who made the final decision to vote Diane off the show, on day 78.[4] Diane then became part of the jury which voted to make Drew Daniel the winner.[2] Immediately after the show, the couple appeared together, and indicated they reconciled.[5] The next year, in a special episode of Big Brother, fans received updates on last year's favorite "pairs" - meaning Michael/Nakomis, Diane/Drew, Jase/Holly and Adria/Natalie. Diane and Drew had separated, but remained friends.

[edit] Big Brother 7

Diane was competing in Big Brother 7: All Stars after viewers chose her from a pool of 20 previous contestants to comprise the All Star cast of fourteen. Diane survived a week two eviction when Kaysar Ridha nominated her along with fellow Season 5 contestant and ally Nakomis Dedmon who left the house on July 20, 2006 by an 8-2 vote. However, two weeks later, on Day 32, Diane was evicted from the Big Brother House by a vote of 7-1. Her eviction upset many houseguests, as contestant Janelle Pierzina had nominated her against the popular and seemingly harmless Erika Landin, forcing houseguests to choose between two people they claimed to like. Later, Diane stated on Housecalls: The Big Brother Talk Show that she believed Janelle had nominated her for personal reasons, even though the Season 6 contestant had claimed otherwise.
