Diane DiPiazza is the original bass player for the Misfits. Her name is often incorrectly spelled Diane DiPiaza. Growing up in Lodi, New Jersey, she was a good friend of Glenn Danzig, the founder of the Misfits.

The original lineup consisted of Glenn on vocals and electric piano, Diane on bass guitar, and Jimmy Battle on drums. On the Cough/Cool single, The Misfits first record and most collectible, she is the Diane who Glenn thanks on the sleeve.
