Diamond Law School Graduate Tax Program - Online founded in 1998, Professor William H. Byrnes, IV, Director, created the first wholly online LLM from an ABA accredited school. Professor Byrnes assembles the most recognized academic and practitioner names as resident and non-resident faculty to teach this specialized, integrated curriculum in International Taxation, Offshore Financial Centers, Anti-Money Laundering & Compliance, and E-commerce.

Professor Byrnes chooses a diverse, cross-disciplined international student body, admitting lawyers, accountants, estate planners, trust officers, and economists, who learn in multi-practice, multi-jurisdictional groups. The LLM program has been reviewed and received recognition via accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools SACS.[citation needed] The Law School is accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) and is a member of the prestigious academic society, The American Association of Law Schools (AALS). The law school is attended by over 500 residential students pursuing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.M. Intercultural Human Rights. The LLM program has operated under the umbrella of St. Thomas University Law School Miami for several years and passed all reviews.
