Dialog Telekom, Sri Lanka's flagship Telecommunications Company, operates many services, including Dialog GSM, the country's largest and most developed mobile phone network, as well as CBNsat, the country's premier cable television network. It is a Subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia.
Dialog's goal is to be Sri Lanka's premier four-play telecommunications provider. Dialog will launch fixed line and CDMA phone services in the near future.
Dialog is the official Sri Lankan partner of the Vodafone mobile community.

Dialog GSM provides various mobile telephone services including the latest 3G commnications system. Mainly because of its low cost Keep In Touch (KIT) service and heavy islandwide coverage, it has now become Sri Lanka's main mobile service provider with over 3 million customers in total.
Its main mobile communication technologies (for both pre paid and post paid connections) include:
- WAP, GPRS and EDGE
- 3G (post paid only)
- Dialog TV - Streaming television service through GPRS
- Zero77 - Live information service direct to mobile
