[edit] Clean copy
Just noticed your addition to the Rockin' the Suburbs (song) page and just wanted to make some comments. Your addition featured quite a few misspelled words, fragmented sentences and mislinked phrases, which could be confusing to the average user.
It's important to be able to create copy that's clean and well-organized if you're going to add information, so please be careful to give your stuff a few more run-throughs before uploading it.
Hope this helps. Stick Fig 04:58, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Nasmith correspondence
Hi. This August you e-mailed Ted Nasmith about the use of his images on Wikipedia, right? Well, one I uploaded - Image:NasmithWitchKing.JPG - is currently marked with a "possible copyright violation" tag thanks to my formatting mistakes. It would help if we knew the precise naure of his permission (See my Talk page). Do you still have the correspondence or (more probably) did you delete it already? If you did, it's all right; we'll just have to contact him again. Uthanc 17:57, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
- Well, it's still here, so I guess it's survived speedy deletion. I contacted Nasmith myself to have our licenses and permission updated, it apparently has deficiencies (see my talk page as well). So far, he hasn't answered, but our current permission still stands and hopefully, will satisfy and patrollers. Sorry, I should have noted this earlier. But thanks anyway. - Anything about the old permission? Under what conditions did he accept to? Uthanc 14:12, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
