Dhat as-Salasil

Dhat as-Salasil is a name of a military operation ordered by the Islamic prophet Muhammad on 8 AH, on the month of Jumada al-thani. Amr ibn al-A'as was the leader of the operation [1]. The Battle of Mut'ah had taken place the month prior to this operation [2].
