DFA (Italian Rock Band)

DFA is an Italian progressive rock band from Verona, Italy.

Members at the time of their last album release were Alberto DeGrandis (drums/vocals), Luca Baldassari (guitar), Alberto Bonomi (keyboards/vocals), and Silvio Minella (bass).

Their musical style is varied, but has been compared to British "space rock" bands of the 1970s including Gentle Giant and Pink Floyd.

They have released three albums, Lavori in Corso ("Work in Progress") (date?, on their own independent label), Duty Free Area (Mellow Records, Italy, October 1998), Work in Progress -- Live (Moonjune Records, 2001), recorded live on June 21, 2000, at the NEARFest at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
