[edit] The Matrix Online

[edit] Details

Dezreki is the E Pluribus Neo Field Commander in the game 'The Matrix Online.' Well known to the E Pluribus Neo organization as the Sarcastic Commander of the group, Dezreki tends to show a less-than-caring attitude towards thing of pressing importance. This attitude has saved him alot in tense situations, but has also gotten him into bad spots and gained him many enemies. While he may be a joking guy off of the Field, Dezreki is a powerful Commander who not only is skilled in Commanding the troops from afar, but can hold his own in a battle as well. Dezreki is also the Leader of the E Pluribus Neo underground group known as Silent Hearts, they serve as bodyguards to him now rather than their previous purpose of underground attacks. The few who get past this elite trained secret service group are recognized by Dezreki quickly.

[edit] Combat Style

Dezreki was originally a well-trained Martial Artists when he fought as the rest of the regular operatives did in E Pluribus Neo. However, after his promotion to Field Commander, Dezreki took a new route. He began to utilize dual pistols in order to effectively bring down units from a short distance and be able to hold his own in close combat.

After about a month with that combat style, Dezreki furthered his training into the use of a rifle. Dezreki now stays in the back of a fight in order to yell orders to the rest of EPN. His accuracy with a rifle is not met and his tactical movements are superior to most.

[edit] Dezreki's Ship

Dezreki's hovercraft in the Real is known as The Final Stand. It was constructed from pieces from his original hovercraft known as Final Stand, in addition to new pieces acquired from Zion and E Pluribus Neo associates. His ship is designed in such a fashion that it is equipped with more guns than the original Zion ships, yet, still able to maintain somewhat of a luxury inside of the ship. His crew is full with 11 other operatives, all well-trained by Dezreki. However, not many operatives aboard Dezreki's crew conduct many operations in the Matrix.

His first mate, Ekizeba, conducts the majority of operatives with Dezreki inside of the Matrix. Others aboard the crew suspect that this is due to their romantic relationship as Dezreki is engaged to Ekizeba.

[edit] History

Before Dezreki joined the E Pluribus Neo organization: He was a Factional Division Leader for Zion. He was directly in charge of all operations of the Faction known as Guardian Angels of Zion (Later renamed Holy Warriors of Zion, then Holy Warriors E Zion).

In his early days, Dezreki worked for the faction group known as Prodigy of Zion. However, Dezreki, unsatisfied by the leadership of this group, quickly rebelled and took two crews with him. (This was a foreshadow of how his lack of respect for authority would grant him higher posistions.) After taking two crews with him, Dezreki met with the captains in the Eashean Projects playground, where he formed the Guardian Angels of Zion. Following the formation of the Guardian Angels of Zion: Niobe contacted Dezreki and asked to meet with him and any avaliable operatives of the Guardian Angels of Zion. Dezreki agreed to meet with the well-renown captain of Zion and had a meeting in Club Avalon where they discussed the attacks of the Red-Eyed Agents.

It wasn't long before the Guardian Angels of Zion became distrustful of Dezreki's acts (again, another foreshadowing event), and soon left him. Dezreki was along with a small crew of two: Himself and first mate Lenje. They decided to seek shelter with the faction division: The Myrmidons.

After a week or two within the Myrmidons, Dezreki heard a broadcasted message to all Zionist operatives from Niobe. Apparantly the Merovingian's Lupine Leader, Ookami, and Vampire leader, Malphas, were missing and they blamed Zion for their capture. For days, Vampires and Lupines were assaulting Zionist operatives and an Exile Program known as Invalesco made his presence known. Invalesco was the head Vampire after Malphas took his leave. He addressed many operatives from all three organizations. He even promised to redpills that he could turn them into a Vampire. His attempts failed, however, and Malphas and Ookami returned. Shortly after their return, Invalesco was killed by redpills. After this incident, Dezreki realized he had another calling.

Dezreki approached the leader of the Myrmidons and said he'd be taking leave for awhile in order to obtain information from an opposing group known as Legion. Legion was a group of Machine Factions aligned into one powerful force. Dezreki successfully infiltrated the division of Legion known as A System of Control. From this faction, Dezreki was able to route intelligence from their database back to the Myrmidons.

Eventually, Dezreki was betrayed by an old friend, Dridien, and was cast out of A System of Control for spying. Following that incident, Dezreki returned to the newly named Myrmidons: Kai Furii, now under the lead of Commander Jetyun. Dezreki established a posistion here but soon began to feel unwanted and unneeded. He spoke again with Lenje, whom had become a captain of the hovercraft: Scapegoat Return. They both decided it was time to rebirth the Guardian Angels of Zion, however, with input from Dezreki's new First Mate, XiledImortal, the name for the new faction was Holy Warriors of Zion and it was quite successful.

As Dezreki led the Holy Warriors E Zion, the Zion Captain Morpheus had begun a series of attacks against the Matrix by planting code bombs across Mega City. Certain targets were Tabor Park's West Hardline, Mara's Central Hardline, Midian Park West's hardline, and series of monuments and parks. At once of these targets, one of Holy Warriors of Zion's Captains, Lenje, had a code bomb planted by his foot and Morpheus addressed him by telling him to "keep the faith."

While Lenje may have had a close encounter with Morpheus, Dezreki was on his way rushing towards a tipped off attack on Mjolnir monument. Sure enough, by the time he had gotten there, Niobe and Morpheus were both there conversing with one another. Niobe was trying to convince Morpheus that what he was doing could destroy the Truce -- the Matrix even. However, Morpheus would not budge, and dropped another code bomb. While this normally would have been a common circumstance, what followed shocked everyone. Many masked human ambushed the area, attempting to kill everyone and everything. Their target was no doubt Morpheus, and Dezreki fought alongside Morpheus and Niobe as well as many other redpills. After the attack subsided, Dezreki went away from the area to make a phone call.

Dezreki was able to sucessfully get in contact with Morpheus. He told Morpheus to lay low for awhile -- to not bring too much more attention to himself. Morpheus responded and told Dezreki that he only had one more operation to complete before laying low for awhile. Dezreki hung up and hoped that his next mission would not be his last. The next morning, Dezreki jacked in and received unfortunate news: Morpheus had been shot and killed by an unknown assassin.

Holy Warriors of Zion, at its peak for that time, held 4 full crews. There were 48 operatives, 30 of whom were active. The name was becoming well known and quite powerful. Dezreki soon began to look into more affairs of the Matrix and get involved as much as he could. He began to run investigations on newly arriving billboards in Mega City, and soon found a code within the system known as DELPHI. This code, DELPHI, was sent into an annymous contact who wished to aid in the destruction of the Assassin. However, after time, this contact had gone out of touch and it is believed he or she may have been killed by an unknown source.

A month after the establishment of Holy Warriors of Zion, Dezreki's old mentor, master101, made a return to the Matrix and offered Dezreki a posistion with his faction, Testament. Dezreki took this offer and merged the Holy Warriors of Zion into the Testament faction, losing his leadership title once more.

With Master101 as well as Testament's aid, Dezreki began to conduct investigations regarding a missing Zion operative. Zion's operative, Neurophyte, was dispatched and sent to recover certain kill codes for the red-eyed Agents. These kill codes were highly effective and highly coveted by Zion in order to strike against the red-eyed Agents.

Master101 was able to recover much needed intelligence and along with Dezreki, was able to locate the building that Neurophyte would be appearing in. Soon enough, Neurophyte came around and was sucessfully returned to Zion where she was restored to full health.

After Neurophyte's recovery, Dezreki was harrassed by a member of Testament. He soon lost respect and concern for the faction he worked for and called up his old crews to reform the Holy Warriors of Zion. Holy Warriors of Zion was reformed with a smaller group then it originally had, however, Dezreki was once again in charge of a powerful force.

Following Holy Warriors of Zion's reformation came two officers in the faction: DevilsArms and xAJx. Both of whom were very loyal to Dezreki. Many events followed the reformation of Holy Warriors of Zion, as well.

Shortly after Holy Warriors of Zion was rebuilt, the faction was standing by the Tabor Park West hardline, where a Morpheus look-a-like came up and planted another code bomb. It took the group by surprise and the quickly became disoriented. Following the code bomb, the Assassin appeared and was quickly surrounded by Holy Warriors of Zion operatives. While the operatives expected a fight, the Assassin quickly moved from the area. Shortly after his retreat, Dezreki got a phone call saying that another Morpheus look-a-like known as Phantasas was at Mara's central location. Dezreki quickly went along and dispatched all of his operatives to that location where they saw Phantasas and ran in front of him. Phantasas soon approached Dezreki and planted a code bomb by his foot, as well as addressing the entire group saying what Morpheus told Lenje: "Keep the faith."

After the code bomb was detonated, the Assassin appeared once more. However, a new circumstance had arisen and Dezreki moved to a new location. He was told by one of his operatives that a code bomb just went off in Midian Park. Dezreki quicky rushed to the area and he was alone. He then found himself face-to-face alone with the Assassin himself. The Assassin said nothing to him, despite how much Dezreki pressed him. There was no *real* way that Dezreki could have won, so, it would almost seem that he was showed mercy by the Assassin himself. However, his one-on-one encounter was cut short as soon many redpills swarmed the area and surrounded the Assassin who soon left the scene.

Not long after the Assassin's leave, strange programs known as Corrupted started making their presence known in Mega City. They all carried these strange pieces of code known as Insecticide or Corrupted Code. These Corrupted were not the true threat, however. About a day or two after the Corrupted's appeareance, strange, giant creatures began appearing in certain locations in the Matrix. These monsterous creatures were known as the Complete Corruptors. Their power was unstoppable for a single individual to beat. In fact, normal means of deletion were ineffective. The only way it was able to be killed was the use of the Insecticide from which the Corrupted dropped. Complete Corruptor after Complete Corruptor fell to redpills until they were ultimately cleansed from the Matrix.

Two months passed by as the Assassin kept quiet for awhile. Holy Warriors of Zion would not cease expanding. The once small, four crew faction soon became an elite thirty five crew faction. However, things would soon change.

The Assassin showed himself once more for a final assault against Mega-City. He was more powerful then ever and even Mega City's appearance had changed because of it. The sky was now filled with a swarm of flies; the Assassin's fly virus spread like no other and even affected redpills' appearances to look somewhat like the Assassin.

Zion, The Machines, and supporters of the Merovingian Organization were able to develop a kill-code for use against the Assassin that was compacted into a device known as the flit gun. This gun effectively eliminated the presence of flies which powered the Assassin.

On a day blessed by fate, redpills united and chased down the Assassin and killed him using these flit gun kill codes -- however, this was not the end. The next day, the Assassin showed himself again, however, not in his original form. He had split himself into five lesser parts. Once again, Zion, The Machines, and supporters of the Merovingian organization united to destroy each copy of the Assassin. Finally, the death of the destroyer had come.

After the Assassin was killed, many issues for Dezreki's personal life began to arise. The officer of Holy Warriors of Zion known as xAJx left the Holy Warriors of Zion and joined the Machines. Dezreki hastily declared xAJx as a traitor and enemy to Zion and should be shot without question. xAJx was not pleased with this declaration and soon joined a group known as the Independent Descendants.

After Ex-Officer xAJx had aligned with the Independent Descendants, Dezreki believed it was time to launch a strike against their group. He assembled the large amounts of operatives from the Holy Warriors E Zion at the Camon Heights Central church and addressed them. He explained that the Independent Descendents were a threat against the Matrix and should be eliminated. He then proceeded to explain a new movement he had begun: The New Zion Order. The New Zion Order's purpose was to preserve the legacy of Neo by destroying the Machines and not working with the rest of Zion. At that moment, many of Holy Warriors of Zion began to doubt the stability of their once noble leader. Many abandoned, however, those that were loyal were rewarded.

A month after the war began, Dezreki met again with his loyal operatives in the Camon Heights Central Church. He knew that a strike against xAJx and the Independent Descendants must be made. His operatives agreed that a strike was in order. Machine operatives soon stormed the building, however, instead of assaulting the operatives of the New Zion Order, they offered their aid in deleting the Independent Descendants from the system. The Machines, known as the Chambers of Shaolin, agreed to work alongside Dezreki as well as a few Merovingian freelancers in order to stop xAJx and the Alliance he had formed.

Operatives of all three organizations left the Camon Heights church and marched towards the hardline where a large mass of operatives from xAJx's alliance were standing. They, too, had operatives from all three organizations: Zion, Machine, and Merovingian. Dezreki soon stepped up as did xAJx. They agreed to have a fist fight amongst themselves first. Dezreki hastily rushed in, however, unknown to him, xAJx has a booster in his system which made his reflexes faster than Dezreki's -- no matter how hard he tried. Dezreki fought hard and was barely pushed back. He spit the blood from his mouth and walked back to the line of his operatives. From there, he took out a handgun and shot down one of xAJx's operatives. The war had begun.

The fight began small with Dezreki walking backwards while firing his firearm as his operatives rushed forward and attempted to push back the hostile forces. Dezreki moved towards one of the Physicians and had his RSI healed and health restored. He then injected himself with a Tactic Booster and ran back into the battle.

xAJx and the Independent Descendants were taken by surprise by Dezreki's retaliation strike and moved backwards, hoping to avoid initial defeat. Soon, however, they were overwhelemed by operatives of all three organizations. The Independent Descendants as well as their allies all called in reinforcements, and the battle soon became an all-out war.

After about half an hour into the fight, Dezreki was getting enraged by the fact that his opponents had not yet been eliminated and sent back. So, he charged up towards the head of the Independent Descendants: ArwenLynn. He sent a blow right to the back of her head, however, she turned around and a fight began to ensue. Unforunate for Dezreki, the Independent Descendants prime duty was to defend xAJx and ArwenLynn. Dezreki soon found himself on the rooftop next to the hardline -- interlocked by four individuals of the Independent Descendents. Dezreki was fighting with rage and fury, however, that in and of itself was not enough. He soon found himself quicker, faster then usual. One of his Ex-Operatives, Demedrian, hacked the system with an Upgrade Master boost and kept Dezreki fighting more powerful then he normally would have. If it had not been for that, Dezreki may have lost. However, with swift movements and well-timed attacks, Dezreki brought down each and every single operative that had interlocked him.

Hours progressed, and the battle began to die down. xAJx had left the scene and Dezreki's fights had become more tedious then difficult. He soon ordered his operatives to, with one swift attack, silence the rest of the attackers. It was soon done, and after hours of fighting, the battle had finally ended. Every operative in Holy Warriors of Zion took leave from the Matrix and all took the time to rest. Unfortunately, the battle had destroyed so much morale, that Dezreki was forced to disband the Holy Warriors of Zion and take leave from even his own crew.

Dezreki, along with a loyal operative by the name of TheMouth, joined the Machines faction under the lead of Gothique. He began work there to get back to Zionists whom had caused him trouble in the past. Another operative of his, Rans, had joined Dark Order, and CaineUei had been staying and working with xAJx in his group. It wasn't a week until Dezreki regained his strength and left the Machines alone and caught back up with Rans and two others members of Holy Warriors of Zion and reformed the faction.

About a month passed before the Holy Warriors of Zion was stable again with over twenty crews. Dezreki had also, during this time, met a man who became his second in command. The operative's name was Patronous and he became good friends with Dezreki. One more month passed by, and Holy Warriors of Zion soon became offered with an opportunity.

A man showed himself during the winter months. His name was TaeCross, and he represented a new organization that had emerged. This organization was known as E Pluribus Neo and it was led by The Kid. His beliefs were that the Matrix should cease to exist, the Machines should be destroyed, all redpills freed, and Neo's legacy be maintained. Dezreki was intrigued by this, mainly because it mirrored what he had believed. He soon attended all of TaeCross' meetings, and became good friends with another faction leader who believed the same as him. Phrack, leader of Pluribus Neo, was just as interested in this organization as Dezreki was. TaeCross soon began to trust Dezreki as well as Phrack in completing work for E Pluribus Neo, and dispatched them to assignments regularly.

A month following TaeCross' appearance, Dezreki and Phrack were officially brought into the E Pluribus Neo organization and were soon declared an enemy of the System by the Machines. They were considered terrorists and were to be deleted on sight. Dezreki and the newly named Holy Warriors E Zion began their work under the E Pluribus Neo organization.

Under TaeCross’ lead as well as counsel, Holy Warriors E Zion’s numbers and strength rose far past their original expectations and limits. Dezreki soon rose and took the title of “Field Commander” of E Pluribus Neo for his excellence in combat situations. As Field Commander, Dezreki was in control of all movements of E Pluribus Neo operatives during combat situations.

Months passed, and Dezreki began training all E Pluribus Neo operatives in combat training, however, he soon become obsessive with this new power. Because of this, other E Pluribus Neo operatives and captains did not follow his lead. Holy Warriors E Zion operatives, however, were eager to follow Dezreki and address and recognize him as the E Pluribus Neo Field Commander.

Not too long after the promotion to Field Commander, all E Pluribus Neo operatives were called into Club Succubus. There they met with Michael, E Pluribus Neo's Leader. He organized a recon mission in the 01 archive. Dezreki quickly dispatched all of Holy Warriors E Zion's operatives, captains, and officers alike to rendezvous near the Zion Proxy in the 01 Archive. Dezreki approached Michael and asked him to keep a current waypoint to him at all times.

[edit] Gunz: The Duel

[edit] Details

Dezreki is a quick-thinking, fast-moving entity. He has a policy of not letting his enemies catch onto his pattern of attack. If he suspects that his opponents are becoming aware of his tactics, he efficiently switches his pattern of combat in order to maintain a high survivability rating.

His honor on the field is nearly non-existent, as he completes whatever is necessary in order to defeat his opponents and ensure survivability. He is known to commonly taunt his opponents with his arrogance and confidence in his abilities. While many commonly complain about Dezreki's tactics in combat being ridiculous and dishonorable, he still chooses to live by the motto, "All's fair in love and war."

There have been those who have been aggravated so heavily with Dezreki's combat techniques, that they would attempt to form strike forces in order to eliminate this man. However, Dezreki's unsurpassed ability to adapt to his surroundings and situations has prevented him from being eliminated by strike forces and teams dedicated to killing him.

[edit] Equipment

Dagger: Dezreki's main weapon is a dagger he carries in his right hand. He swiftly moves across the field wielding it and does not stop dashing across the combat field, attacking his opponents in the process. While this weapon may seem to not be advantageous as a sword is a much larger and more powerful weapon, Dezreki has been able to adapt and improvise in order to make his dagger an extremely lethal weapon.

SMG (x2): When faced with an abundance of hostiles, Dezreki generally prefers to utilize a submachine gun (or two) in combat. He usually dives backwards or to the side in order to avoid return fire. While his proficiency in combat is with the dagger, the speed of the submachine gun also connects well with Dezreki's combat tactics.

Pistol (x2): A weapon less commonly seen in Dezreki's arsenal is a pistol. He only draws this weapon when he is low on ammo and is trying to make a running escape. When this weapon is out, it is usually a signal that Dezreki is wounded as is seeking medical aid in order to get back into the fight. However, while this is commonly the case, Dezreki has been known to take the pistol out in other occasions to pick off straggling hostiles, rather than waste his submachine gun or risk getting close with his dagger.

Grenade: The most effective "Crowd-Clearing" item Dezreki carries. Grenades of all kinds have allowed Dezreki to clear his way through groups of hostiles and slow-moving, wounded enemies. While this weapon may be the least accurate in Dezreki's arsenal, it is without a doubt one of his most effective weapons in combat.

[edit] Background

Dezreki is an ex-military officer for a mercenary force that had been disbanded. He has been in countless skirmishes and several wars. He had vowed to stop fighting in wars, however, after an invitation by a woman by the name of Ekizeba, Dezreki has resumed his posistion as a combatant. Rumors say that he was enticed by the chance to eliminate an old opponent, however, Dezreki continues to push the argument that he is only on the field once more to be a Guardian to Ekizeba and others associated with him.
