Devon Carter is a fictional recurring character that plays on the hit television sitcom That's So Raven. He is played by rapper Lil' J.

Devon was introduced in season two of That's So Raven. Between seasons one and two, Devon's braces were removed and his acne cleared up, rendering him suddenly handsome. Raven and Alana fight for him [1] and eventually he and Raven start dating. He is a little suspicious of Raven always knowing what's gonna happen before it happens.
Devon's favorite television show is "Astro Force Five", which Chelsea also loves.
When his father moves to Seattle to get remarried, Devon and Raven decide to break up. [2] Devon returns to town on prom night, and he and Raven reconnect. [3] Since Devon's father is coming back to San Francisco occasionally on business, Devon and Raven resume dating.

In the episode, "Close Encounters of the Nerd Kind", Devon's name is annouced that it is Devon Turner. But in the credits of the episode, it said that his name is Devon Carter, like he is in other episodes and the credits to those episodes.
