Devo the Cursed is a minor, fictional character appearing in the Japanese manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 Jojo no kimyōna bōken?), by Hirohiko Araki. The character is portrayed as an enemy of the protagonist.

Devo (or "Soul Sacrifice" in the viz translation) is a user of the Ebony Devil Stand, which gains strength depending on how much its user hates his opponent. He is a heavily scarred man, claiming to be a shaman. His battle strategy relies on forcing his opponent to injure him, at which point his hatred for them will empower his Stand enough for him to destroy them. His name comes from 80's rock group Devo.
