Devil's eyes is the thirteenth and final episode of The WB television series Birds of Prey. The episode aired on February 19, 2003 in a two hour block with the previous episode Feat of Clay.
[edit] Summary
After Harleen Quinzel gains metahuman hypnotic abilities she sets a plan in motion to take over New Gotham and destroy the Birds of Prey. With Helena in her thrall, she manages to infiltrate the clocktower and from there broadcast her hypnotic commands all over the city, creating chaos.
Only Barbara, Dinah and Reese remain unaffected. It's up to the three of them to rescue Helena and put a stop to Quinzel's madness before New Gotham tears itself apart.

- Dinah's powers have evolved to point where she can throw telekinetic 'punches', moving men around from a distance. These bursts of telekinetic energy are accommpanied by flashes of light.
- At the end of the episode Alfred speaks to 'Master Bruce', making it clear that Batman is aware of the fact he has a daughter.
