Prologue:
Twenty years ago, the leader of 聖劍門,(Saint Sword Sect) Buck Tong Owe, fought against Blood Shadow Sect's two leaders, 飛星孤月,Flying Star and Lonely Moon(Anne Heung and Micheal Mui). Before they battle, Flying Star and Lonely Moon place two infants, each with their own jade, in the care of two eagles(Eagles are the Blood Shadow Sect's Idol)and the eagles carry them away from the scene. Buck Tong Owe and the other leaders of the eight righteous sects battle Flying Star and Lonely Moon's group. As Buck Tong Owe fights with Flying Star and Lonely Moon one on two. As they fought Buck Tong Owe used dishonorable tactics to attack the two and they both decided to jump to their deaths. Buck Tong Owe seemingly "defeats" them, and Saint Sword Sect became the leader of The Eight Great Sects. Without Buck Tong Owe's knowledge, their children survived the ordeal. Their daughter would be found by their Bloody Shadow Clan and their son to be found by a poor woman. Several years passed...
In between 20 years...
Duong Fong Mo Ai was a former student of a forgotten martial arts clan. His clan fell due to finding the famous Seven Star Array (aka Dipper Array). It's a legendary martial arts long lost and Duong Fong Mo Ai's group recently re-discovered it at a desert complex. Inside the building, they found the famous stances etched to the walls and they began studying the long lost martial art. Duong Fong Mo Ai was supposed to be part of the group mastering the Seven Star Array when he had personal problems and his martial art brother replaced him. By the time he returned, his group were either dead or dying. The Seven Star Array require a great deal of control and unity to work and his group failed to do it correctly and caused severe injuries to themselves. Their bodies were ripped apart, body parts scrambled amongst brothers, and blood was splattered everywhere. In the end Duong Fong Mo Ai had to bury his whole group together because he couldn't recognize their bodies. Duong Fong Mo Ai planned to return to the desert complex and destroy the Seven Star Array texts to prevent such a catastrophe to repeat itself, but by the time he returned the Seven Star Array manuscript has been destroyed by another force. After further investigation he found out Buck Tong Owe was the one who copied the Seven Star Array and destroyed the manuscript on the walls, making himself the only martial artist to know the Seven Star Array. Duong Fong Mo Ai didn't want Buck Tong Owe to have such power and so he plans a way to investigate more about Buck Tong Owe.
Twenty Years after, 成功(Sing Gung)and 成風(Sing Fung)(Bosco Wong)are role-playing two martial artists battle at the top of the gates of Ging Xing. As they act, Duong Fong Mo Ai(No Cliff on the North Side)(Wayne Lai) is enjoying their act while eating peanuts. The act screws up at the climax, where Gung "stabs" Fung, and Fung falls down, but being supported by a rope at his waist, does a flip and lands safely. The workers holding the rope accidentally break it, having Fung seemingly having to fall in the hands of their love obsessed cousin. He pulls of a stunt, gripping the red silk beside him with his legs, landing with one hand. Everyone is amazed, including Duong Fong Mo Ai. After the act, Sing Gung wanders over to the other street, wanting to enter The Saint Sword Sect Recruiting Registration, just like everyone else. But Sing's mother stops him before he can accomplish his task. Before everyone rushes in, the best fighter in the city, Master Lo shows off his tiger claw strikes and everyone backs off. But a second later, Master Lo is immediately beaten out and comically fallen on the floor.
The next day, The Sing family plan to obtain the birthday bread( Shaio To) at the Birthday Bread Contest. It is extremely dangerous, but their family desperately needed the money. At night, he arrives at the place where it is held, and wonders how he will win. Just then, Duong Fong Mo Ai comes teaches him a martial art stepping technique to help increase his odds of winning. During the day of the competition, his newly acquired skill would serve him well. After snatching the birthday bread from other contestants, he celebrates at the top of the structure they competed on. Unfortunately, a golden coloured monk knocks him down, but he is saved by a female in purple(Bernice liu). After the whole ordeal, Sing Fung decides to enter the Saint Sword Clan. Duong Fong Mo Ai decided to have Sing Fung enter the Saint Sword Clan as a member and taken him in as his disciple.
Soon, while competing to enter Saint Sword Sect, Fung meets many new martial artists, including Ging Liu(Kevin Chueng), who is here at Saint Sword Sect to find his long lost mother. His mother was a mercenary type martial artist who was famous for her use of the chinese piano, nicknamed Angel of the Chinese Piano. She would kill anyone for money. Then she married and settled from teh marital world. But for reasons unknown by Liu, she disappeared. In truth, Buck Tong Owe blackmailed her to write down how to achieve her martial arts, or else he would tell her husband about her dark past. Buck Tong Owe then captured her in the mountain behind Saint Sword Sect.

Viewers complained about the excessive heavy use of CGI graphics on the visuals to exaggerate an already exaggerated fantasy martial arts series. People felt the story had the potential develop more as many characters were introduced, but never properly utilized. They also felt the story was disorganized and the ending was anti-climatic, as the villain was never defeated, but self detonated from being too powerful. Fans of Dragon Ball Z was surprised when Kevin Cheng used Goku's famous Kamehameha wave upon Buck Tong Owe. The epilogue of the story was followed by a small comical musical number that was met with mixed reaction.
