Dev Reeves

Devlin "Dev" Reeves (born March 6, 1967) is a professional soccer player who has played in Europe and the United States. Reeves was born in Quincy, Illinois. Reeves is a graduate of Quincy Sr. High School and Quincy University.
Reeves was the 1989 #1 draft pick of the Chicago Power of the National Professional Soccer League. Reeves signed as a free agent with the Cleveland Crunch of the Major Indoor Soccer League. Reeves finished 3rd in voting for the 1989 "Rookie of the Year" Award.
Reeves was voted as one of the top 25 players ever to play at Quincy University
Reeves is the first professional soccer player born and raised in Quincy, Illinois. Reeves has played for Jonsered IF of the Swedish First Division.
Reeves was a member of the St. Louis Ambush of the National Professional Soccer League between 1992-1996. Reeves also played for the Dallas Sidekicks and won the Continental Indoor Soccer League Championship in 1993.
Reeves scored the first Sidekicks Goal in Game One of the CISL Championship Series vs San Diego on September 29, 1993.
Reeves was inducted into the Quincy Sr. High School in 1995 and into the Quincy University Sports Hall of Fame in 2000.
Reeves owns and operates his own sales and marketing agency, IAC The Sports Group, in Frisco, Texas. He also serves as the color analyst for the Sidekicks radio and television broadcasts. Reeves has hosted the "Dev Reeves All-Star Soccer Camp" in his hometown of Quincy since 1986.
