Detsl (Detzl, Russian: Децл [sometimes as ДеЦл], real name Kirill Tolmatskiy [Кирилл Толмацкий]; born July 22, 1983) is a Russian rapper and hip hop artist. He graduated in Switzerland and the British International School in Moscow[1]. He made his first appearance at the Adidas StreetBall Challenge in Moscow with the song "Friday" ("Пятница"). First clip was made for the song "Tears" ("Слёзы").

By 2000, Detsl has made much greater achievements and performed his famous hit "Who are you?" ("Кто ты?"). He also took part in a Pepsi advertising campaign.
