Detroit School of Arts

The Detroit School of Arts, originally known as the Detroit School for the Fine and Performing Arts, is a blue ribbon high school located in Detroit, Michigan.
The school offers majors in the disciplines of vocal, visual communications, visual arts, instrumental, dance, journalism, and speech. To be accepted as a student, applicants must audition for one of these majors.
The school's colors are gold and white.
The school's principal is Dr. Denise Darcel Davis-Cotton.
