Could anybody give more explanation about the whole steve n darren's dad thing... i mean, how did the step parents not know that and how exactly did he plan everything to make them fight n all..

Come on people, learn to write. This article looks like it was written by an 8 year old. And Mr. Unsigned, THAT'S the whole freakin' point. The step parents aren't supposed to know, and he meddles so that they actually think they are the biological parents. To go back to my original point, just LOOK at the article now.
