Ras Desta Damtew (died February 24, 1937) was an Ethiopian governor and one of the sons-in-law of Emperor Haile Sellassie. He commanded troops along the southern border of Ethiopia during the Second Italo-Abyssinian War, and was executed by the Italians after the Battle of Gogetti.
