Designer Guys is a design show on HGTV Canada starring Matt Davis, Allen Chan, and Anwar Mukhayesh. The show currently airs in 5 countries including New Zealand, South Africa, Israel, US (on HGTV US), and Canada. The show is in its 5th season (as of 2006) with the 4th and 5th season hosted by the trio Matt, Allen, and Anwar. The first three seasons of Designer Guys was hosted by Chris Hyndman and Steven Sabados, who currently host "Design Rivals" and "So Chic." Allan (Al) Magee of Magee TV created / executive produced the original "Designer Guys" and continues as creator/Executive Producer on "Design Rivals" and "So Chic" but does not produce the new designer guys show. He is also a Creative Consultant on scripted drama and comedy, including Showcase's successful original Canadian series, "Trailer Park Boys," "Slings and Arrows," "Paradise Falls," "Kenny vs. Spenny," "Bliss," "Webdreams,""Rent-a-Goalie" and many others.

The three Guys have recently completed a trek to Dawson City, Yukon, spending a week redesigning the interior of Pierre Berton's boyhood home, which is now the site of a writers' retreat which began in 1996.
