Arthur Banks is a hitman, the best of the best they say. Arthur eventually falls for a woman named Bennie Harper, who betrays him and shoots him in the hand before he can snipe someone. She lets him go, but later he tracks her down. He shoots someone before the credits roll, it is unknown who he shoots... but it is likely her.
