Desboro, Ontario

Desboro is a small town in Grey County, Ontario, Canada. Desboro is located south of Owen Sound, near Chatsworth. Desboro is a hub of sporting activity, most notably baseball and hockey, and for many years held a Men's Fastball Tournament in August. Desboro has a newly refurbished arena and two full-sized baseball diamonds complete with bleachers and a snack bar. There also is the Desboro Tavern, one of the few remaining rural taverns in Ontario. Additionally there are two feedmills, one garage and a tractor dealership.
Sullivan Community School is located on the outskirts of Desboro, and for years has been threatened with being shut down due to a lack of enrollment.
