Derrick Neikirk, (born September 5, 1974 in Phoenix, Arizona), is an American professional wrestler who is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment, and appears in its developmental territory Deep South Wrestling, LLC as well as on the ECW brand.

In 2003, Neikirk formed the Heat Squad with Mike Knox, G.Q. Gallo, and Frankie Kazarian. They fueded with the Navajo Warrior and Ghostwalker, even cutting his hair after winning a 6-Man Tag Match once.

Neikirk formed Team Elite with "Outlaw" Mike Knox in Impact Zone Wrestling winning the tag titles once on January 18, 2005. They soon moved on to Deep South Wrestling with Neikirk winning the DSW Heavyweight Championship on December 22, 2005. Later that night Neikirk had a rematch with Mike Mizanin in a loser leaves town match in which he won.

Neikirk replaced Danny Basham as a masked member of Paul Heyman's "Personal Enforcers" in mid-September, after Basham was injured with a torn biceps. On the December 16, 2006 edition of ECW Bobby Lashley defeated both of Paul Heyman's Personal Enforcers in a handicapped match then destroyed each of them after the match to write them out of ECW storylines.

In January Neikirk began teaming with Mike Knox again reuniting Team Elite. On March 8, 2007, Knox and Derek Neikirk won the DSW Tag Team Championships for the first time, defeating the Majors Brothers.
