Derker railway station is a railway station in Derker, eastern Oldham in Greater Manchester, England. It is on the Oldham Loop Line, 13 km (8 miles) north east of Manchester Victoria and is managed by Northern Rail.

It was built in the mid 1980s to replace Royton station, 1/2 a mile further along the line.

On Monday to Saturday daytimes there is a half-hourly service from Derker to Manchester Victoria southbound and Rochdale northbound. On Sundays there is an hourly service in each direction.
