Derek Kenway (born June 12, 1978) is an English cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler, who plays as a wicketkeeper.

Born in Fareham, and playing with home-town Hampshire since 1997, he had received fewer call-ups to the side than he had wanted up to 2002, causing him to threaten to leave the club. In 2001 he was voted Hampshire Cricket Society Player of the Year and in 2005 he was a member of the C&G Trophy winning Hampshire side.

He was released at the end of the 2005 season along with Lawrence Prittipaul.
