Derek Edwards is a professor of psychology at the 'Discourse and Rhetoric Group' at the University of Loughborough. He is one of the pioneers of discursive psychology.

Another Derek Edwards is a Canadian stand-up comedian and actor. He won the 2004 Canadian Comedy Award for best male stand-up.
