DepoDur, previously known as DepoMorphine, a morphine sulfate extended-release liposome injection, product of SkyePharma PLC. It was approved by FDA in 2004 for use as post surgical pain reliefer. In Europe it was approved by Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency in 2006.

It is one time injection (during or shortly after surgery) that maintain therapeutically effective level of morphine in bloodstream of a patient for 48 hours.
