The Department of Finance and Personnel (DFP) (Irish: An Roinn Airgeadais agus Pearsanra[original research?]) is a government department in the Northern Ireland Executive. The department is responsible for the financial business of the Government of Northern Ireland.

The current direct-rule minster is David Hanson MP.
