[edit] Local again

I'm not going to AfD this one. For now. This is not NYC, LA, Chicago, or Philadelphia. This is a county office in New Jersey. Local offices and officeholders do not rise to the standards of [WP:BIO]] without significant media coverage. Even in those cities I mentioned, only the mayor and a very rare few meet the notability standards Wikipedia uses. DarkAudit 14:34, 25 August 2006 (UTC)

County Executive is the highest directly-elected position in a county of over 250,000 residents, which would be no different than the Mayor of the majority of medium-sized cities, most of which have articles. The County Executive reperesents more people than any of the 120 members of the New Jersey Senate and General Assembly, all of whom also have articles. Alansohn 15:43, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
