Dennis Allen (footballer)

Dennis James Allen (born Dagenham 2 March 1939 - died August 1995) was an English football star.
Dennis Allen represented Charlton Athletic (1956-1961), Reading (1961-1970) and Bournemouth (1970-1971) as an inside-forward. He scored 89 goals in 358 league appearances.
His brother Les, son Martin and nephews Bradley, Clive and Paul Allen all played football professionally.
